- Phase Change Wax
46 ℃ ~ 125 ℃ medium-high phase change temperature waxes are produced by the technology combination of subcritical extraction, regional melting crystallization and high vacuum molecular distillation,etc.
Typical grades are FPC46, FPC50, FPC56, FPC62, FPC66, FPC70, FPC76, FPC80, FPC84, FPC88, FPC92, FPC96, FPC98, FPC104 , FPC110 and FPC125 , and products with any phase change temperature within the above temperature range can be available for custom production.
- Oxidized wax
Using pure oxygen instead of air as molecular oxidant. The process has the advantages of fast reaction rate, less side reactions, good product quality, continuous production and environment-friendly.

- Refined Fischer Tropsch wax
Using self-developed proprietary molecular distillation equipment and hydrofining patented technology, we produce 45 ℃ ~ 115 ℃ series refined Fischer Tropsch wax.

- GSCbit series Warm Mix Bitumen Modifier
Using independent proprietary technology and a series of optimized combination processes, a series of warm mix asphalt modifier have been developed , which can be applied to the viscosity reduction requirements of different base asphalt and various modified asphalt.

- Pilot plant of molecular distillation
The three-stage molecular distillation pilot plant has a treatment capacity of 100kg/h and the absolute pressure of the system can be as low as 0.1pA.It can meet most of process conditions optimization of high boiling point and heat sensitive materials and the mass production of high value-added products.
- Pilot Plant of Pure Oxygen Oxidation
Pure oxygen and nitrogen are used to simulate air for oxidation, with high oxidation efficiency, continuous production and no waste gas emission. It can provide personalized oxidized wax technology development and processing services for customers at home and abroad.

The FID, which can automatically adjust the detection range, can achieve ppb-level detection and quantitative analysis in a single injection.It can effectively analyze high-melting Fischer-Tropsch waxes with a carbon number of less than 130.
- Mettler Toledo (DSC3) Differential Scanning Calorimeter
The measurement temperature can range from - 150 ℃ to 700 ℃, accurate to +/- 0.1℃
- Ultraviolet Visible Spectrophotometer
It can directly test raw wax samples with a melting point not higher than 150°C, and perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of aromatic hydrocarbons and fused-ring aromatic hydrocarbons in order to meet the requirements of high-quality waxes in the fields of medicine, food, and cosmetics.
